Professional Experience:

 

2003: Director/Writer Timeless (short fiction). DC, VA and Argentina

Director/Producer of Videos & Public Service Announcements for National Alcohol Screening Day

 

2001 to Present: National Institute of Health, Washington, DC. Producer/Director - Videos on health related issues. 

In charge of budget, hiring and production of videos.  

 

2001 to Present: DC Independent Film Festival, Washington, DC.

International Programming Director. In charge of selecting and programming the international section of the festival.  

 

2000 to Present: Gala Hispanic Theatre, Washington, DC. 

Bi-lingual Theatre Instructor. In charge of creating and organizing theatre program for Hispanic youths.  

1998 to Present: The American Red Cross

Freelance Video Producer/Director for Central America. Directed the research and production of videos.  

1993 – 1995:  “Lotto de Honduras" - Honduras, Central America. 

Executive Director. 

In charge of hiring, production, advertising and publicity.  

 

1986 – 1995: Galaxy Productions; Boston, Massachusetts and Buenos Aires, Argentina

In charge of research, development, production, advertising and publicity of more 50 productions, including award winning documentaries and programs for BBC, Government agencies  and  television networks (i.e., Telemundo - Miami, Channel 13 - Buenos Aires)

1979 – 1986: “Aqui” Weekly Latino TV Program, WCVB-TV Channel 5 (ABC), Boston, MA.

   Night of the Assassins, by Jose Triana, in Washington, DC.

   The Hill of Massabiele, Orleans, France

   The Night Of The 2 Combats, Orleans, France  

Original Short Films (Fiction):

         "Timeless" (2003) - Short fiction inspired by real events circa 1781: During the American War of Independence, a Spanish envoy sent by Carlos III, King of Spain, arrives to bring money and support to General George Washington and the rebels. His mission is sidetracked by love.
